Director of Communications
Annerene, currently heading up the embroidery division at ACA Threads, brings extensive experience in the embroidery industry. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and is committed to not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations. Her technical expertise began with training from Madeira Garnfabrik in Germany, one of the leading global brands of embroidery threads and consumables, and hands-on experience at ACA Threads’ own thread manufacturing plant. Additionally, Annerene benefits from ongoing collaboration with industry partners, including Amann, a leader in sewing and embroidery threads. Her participation in industry events keeps her at the forefront of emerging trends and product innovations, further enhancing her ability to deliver value to customers.
Naved Shaikh
Director of Operations
IIn his role as Director of Operations, Naved Shaikh applies expertise developed over nearly 15 years with the company. His foundation includes an MBA in International Business and significant prior experience managing marketing and sales globally across Europe, Asia, and Africa. He was instrumental in establishing the company's European operations, successfully propelling them to their current position as market leaders. Naved drives operational excellence by focusing keenly on process optimization, implementing new technologies for efficiency, fostering team development, and ensuring consistent service levels across regions for over 15,000 global customers. Managing international teams, his strategic efforts also involve cultivating key partnerships, primarily with technology providers and key client segments, while supporting new business acquisitions.

Amit Jham, leverages over 25 years of deep industry experience in the embroidery digitising and digital artwork preparation sector. His commitment is centred on keeping abreast with technological innovation, upholding stringent quality benchmarks, and ensuring rapid turnaround times within the production facility. Amit's strategic direction and focus on client relations are firmly grounded in his hands-on technical background in both digitising and vector art. He ensures ongoing collaboration with key industry players, including leading embroidery machine manufacturers (like Tajima and Barudan), international industry bodies, and major fashion and merchandising houses globally. This active engagement keeps the company at the forefront of advancements, enhancing the precision and value delivered to customers worldwide.
